In the kindergarten collective teaching activities,questioning is an important means of education,it is an important reflection of teacher's ability,it is to stimulate children to actively participate in the activities,cultivate children's observation ability,analysis ability and thinking ability.It's an important embodiment of improving efficiency of collective teaching activities.Among them,effective questioning not only can make novice teachers adapt to work in a short time,but also to strengthen the novice teachers better interactions with children,increase the effectiveness of collective teaching activities,improve the novice teachers' self-confidence and the ability of organizing teaching activities,and promote the professional development of novice teachers.However,the kindergarten novice teachers,as the organizers of the collective teaching activities,must have good questioning ability and skills.Therefore,it is an urgent necessity to strengthen the understanding and application of effective questioning in collective teaching activities.Therefore,this paper adopts the method of observation,case analysis,interviews,literature method to study the question of novice teachers in Kindergarten Collective Teaching activities.This paper consists of five parts: the first part is the prolegomenon,mainly elaborated the problem related research overview and definition of the concept;the second part of the study design include research purpose,research contents,research object and research methods.The third part is the characteristics of the novice teachers questioning in Kindergarten Collective Teaching Activities.From the six aspects of the main body of the question,the object of inquiry,the type of questions,the purpose of the question,the form of the answer,and the time to answer the questions,this paper reveals the current situation of the novice teachers in the kindergarten mass teaching activities;In the fourth part,the author summarizes the problems of novice teachers' Questioning in Kindergarten Collective Teaching activities.Then,it elaborates the influence factors from the aspect of teachers,find out the status quo and the source of the problem from the reform thoroughly or radically,as well as supply support for the way to deal with asituation;The fifth part of paper,it puts forward the impactful and valid advice to optimize the novice teacher questions in order to improve the level of novice teachers' Questioning in collective teaching activities.
