A Study On The Construction Of County - Level Inter - School Teacher Learning Community

Our County teachers are in the mass, its professional development is lack of effective support, the mode of teachers’ training is single, school cooperation is a matter of mere formality and the further development of education put forward new requirements for the county teachers. All of the reasons highlight the low professional development of the county teachers. How to realize the teachers′professional development has become the focus of person. The county interschool teacher learning community is an effective way to promote the professional development of teachers. It is an educational and teaching resources for teachers in the community. The county teachers can exchange, communicate and develop through this community, the teachers will also constantly update their concepts of teaching,and effectively improve the professional knowledge and skills. In order to promote the professional development of the individual and the teacher group, ultimately to promote the overall quality of the teachers. The full text is divided into four chapters:The first chapter is the introduction part,firstly it determines the research problem,then states the purpose and significance of research,analyzes the related research of the domestic and foreign scholars,defines the core concepts, and finally introduce the research method of this paper.The second chapter elaborates the background of teacher learning community,then discusses the feasibility and value of the teacher learning community.The third chapter mainly discusses the organizing principles and characteristics of the teacher learning community.The fourth chapter mainly discusses the construction of teacher learning community from the five aspects : the theoretical basis, construction model, support conditions, operation mode and operation mechanism.
