Education is a project of vital and lasting importance.In the comprehensive advancement of new leather today,teachers are the key to the success of reform.We put forward higher requirements for teachers.So teachers need to learn how to cooperate with teacher's collective knowledge and wisdom to solve education problems.So,how to achieve better cooperation? How to improve teachers' professional level? Teachers learning community is a new approach for cooperative learning.Teachers can debate with each other with the help of this platform,expand the discussion of the teaching practical problems.Finally it promotes the teacher professional development.However,a variety of problems hinder the construction of teachers' learning community.Although a lot of confusion in reality,but to calm thinking,to face the problem and excavated the deep reasons,on the basis of theoretical analysis to explore the specific effective countermeasure,in order to realize the development of teachers.This research mainly includes several parts:The first chapter mainly interprets the cause of the topic,and the practice of guiding significance,related research at home and abroad is summarized on the basis of literature review,the second chapter based on the theory of teacher learning community and further analyzes its enlightenment for our institute,the third chapter delves into all sorts of obstacles in the process of construction of teacher learning community,the fourth chapter finds out the deep reasons in face to the problems in the process of building,in order to better solve problems,the fifth chapter is the core of the research,it puts forward concrete operable countermeasures,in order to have a certain value for the teacher's education teaching practice.So,through the way of teachers' learning community,teachers can truly achieve equal cooperation and communication,trust between each other.Finally it forms a centripetal force and cohesion in order to improve the quality of students and promote the reform of school teaching.
