The reform of basic education has continued to deepen,and the professional development of rural elementary school teachers has gradually received more attention.Compared with urban primary schools,the conditions for professional development of rural primary school teachers are limited,and the distribution of educational resources is uneven,which has also affected the effectiveness of the professional development of rural primary school teachers to a certain extent.With the polarization of professional development of urban and rural teachers becoming more and more obvious,County A of Shandong Province has established a learning community of five schools in the county and several schools in the surrounding countryside to realize the mutually beneficial sharing of education and teaching resources and teaching practices in multiple schools.In the county learning community,urban teachers and rural teachers have the same education and teaching goals and resource sharing platform.Rural elementary school teachers can use the county learning community to communicate with urban teachers,which plays an important role in the professional development of rural elementary school teachers.This study takes teachers from county A in Shandong Province as an example.From a practical perspective,it explores the role of county-based learning communities on the professional growth of teachers on the basis of school-based learning communities.The community of teachers' learning between the county schools broke through the boundaries of school teaching resources,broke the teaching barriers between teachers in the school,and realized the sharing of county teaching resources.Leading novice teachers with subject backbone teachers,promoting the professional growth of teachers,and improving the overall quality of teachers in counties.This article uses surveys and in-depth interviews to describe the story of teachers of English L teachers in rural primary schools in the process of teacher professional development,and presents the course of professional development of English teachers in rural primary schools under the county learning community.This article is based on the study of the professional development of rural primary school teachers based on the county learning community.This article is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction.After the questions are raised,the research ideas and research methods of this paper are put forward through the review of related research at home and abroad.The second part is a theoretical overview of the professional development of county-level learning communities and rural elementary school teachers.It introduces the concept,content,effectiveness,and shortcomings of county-level learning communities.At the same time,it introduces the professional development of rural elementary school teachers from four aspects: professional ideals,professional knowledge,professional skills,and professional emotions.The third part is the presentation of the professional life of rural elementary school teachers in the county learning community.Through interviews and interviews with English teacher L of rural elementary school,we understand that teacher L's professional ideals,teachers 'professional knowledge,teachers' professional skills and the Changes in teachers' professional emotions.The fourth part is the influence of county learning community on rural elementary school teachers.The fifth part is the inspiration and suggestions for the county learning community to promote the professional development of rural teachers.It puts forward the need to adapt to the needs of the educational reform of the times,give full play to the leading role of teachers,build a team culture and improve the guarantee mechanism for professional development of teachers.
