| Along with the development of international Competitive Aerobics, the ability of competitive aerobics in our country is also rising. The international rankings are also improving. Our national aerobics team has taken part in all the world competitive aerobics championships except for the second and third. Our competitive aerobics team with group, trio and men’s individual all have won in the competitions. But only the mixed pairs and individual women have never been the first. It proves that the complete sets of actions in those two events are still lack of experiences in actions arranging, difficult actions and the execution, We should have a deep study for this.This paper is about the individual women and mixed pairs with new rules in thirteenth world competitive aerobics championships. From the aspects of actions arranging, difficult actions and the execution, this paper will have the corporation with the routine of the world top eight and will find the advantages and disadvantages of our team. It will give our team some important advices to improve our ability.As are the study results:1. Our mixed pair team and women’s individual are lack of the elements with high scores. Group B has advantages while Group D lacks of variety. The elements of women’s individual have been unreasonable.2. Because of the twist of Group C is not good, the completion rate of mixed pairs is 97% and the completion rate of women’s individual is 93%.3. The synchronization of mixed pair is not good because of the transition linking and height arch.4. The routine of the mixed pairs and women’s individual has some pause points and lacks of fluency. The movement combinations are not with the rhythmic.5. The complexity of movement pattern and the asymmetry of arms are in the lead, while the women’s individual lacks of that.6. The transition, linking and skills in routine of our mixed pairs and women’s individual lack of originality and novelty. |
