Aerobics gymnastics in China development fast in recent years, but the individual women project is in a relatively weak position. Therefore,in this study, the recently held 11th-13 th World Aerobics Championship Competition individual women top three athletes’ entries movements act as the research object, using the method of literature, video observation, mathematical statistics method and expert interviews on nearly world championships individual women top three athletes’ difficulty movement, movement pattern, and the transition and connection movement to comparison and analysis.Trying to find advantages and disadvantages of entries movements in today’s high level of individual women athletes, Provide a theoretical basis for the development of our country’s individual women project. The results are as follow:1) In the 11th-13 th World Aerobics Championship, the traditional countries accounted for the individual women project advantages, each Session athletes winning advantage are different, the competitive levels are rising.2) The difficult score of the top three athletes in the 11th-13 th world aerobics championship of the Individual Woman project selected are main in 0.6-0.8. With the development of the competition, the proportion of the high value difficulty are also continuously improving. Athletes difficulty of category select are most in C group, athletes selection difficulty categories generally exists the uneven distribution of the phenomenon. Most athletes have used the combination difficulty, mainly for the A+C.3) The top three athletes in the 11th-13 th world aerobics championship of the Individual Woman project mostly adopt a free and unrestrained movement pattern style, the selection of music most are Europe and America rock songs, music rate mainly for 10 seconds 28 beat. Upper arm movements asymmetric more than symmetric, most hand type are basic hand type of Aerobics gymnastics. The basic steps, high impact type step using the majority. The athletes have a unique style, fast movement and reasonable to movement quantity and distribution in competitive advantage, but the diversity of the arrangement of the movement is insufficient.4) The number of transition and connecting movement the women’s singles player used are little, Mainly for A-B space conversion. The transition and connection movement is mainly used for connection between the difficulty and the movement pattern. Connection between the movement pattern and movement pattern or between the difficulty and difficulty are little. The number of the movement is reasonable, but the usage of the movement and the content of the movement are lack.5)The athletes have pay attention to use skill movement, Front and back walkover which relative need better waist flexibility skill movemen is more chosen. The rules of aerobics gymnastics issued in 2013 increased allow to use skill movement, In the new period project, the top three athletes in the 13 th world aerobics championship of the Individual Woman project are timely adopted action skills. In the after, the Individual Woman athletes use more skill movements probably is a trend of development.According to the research results, put forward the following suggestions:Individual Woman athletes should be reasonable allocation difficult categories, Note that the use of the combination difficulty and improving the quality of the difficulty. And should prominent movement pattern characteristic, content should be diversified arrangement. Also should pay attention to transition and connecting movement’s innovation and choreography; timely use skill movement, and improve the corresponding physical ability.
