Nowadays, with the new all-round reform of basic education curriculum, it is urgent to change the educational concept, reform the teaching mode and improve the teaching method. The core of new curriculum is to break through the traditional teaching modes and methods. The traditional teaching mode--- teacher-centered is changed into student-centered, emphasizing the "people-oriented", which allows students to become the master of the class and play the main role of the class. The new curriculum is to cultivate students’ learning concept and thinking ability, to improve the students’ literacy and promote students’ all-round and sustainable development. This paper is aimed at the improvement of the actual results in ideological and moral course reform in the current junior middle school, so the author did a research and analysis of designing a new form of homework. According to the Shanghai Education version of junior high school ideological and moral teaching materials--- a total of eight volumes, the author carried out and summed up the relevant contents to apply the design of parent-child homework into the teaching practice.Combined the theoretical study of the ideological and moral lesson with the teaching practice, this article mainly includes four parts. The first part is the introduction that proposes the problem of the parent-child homework research at moral lessons in junior middle schools, the research status at home and abroad and the concept definition and research methods, which are the theoretical basis of the parent-child homework research at moral lessons in the junior middle school. The second part is to explore the meaning of designing the parent-child homework at moral lessons in junior middle schools. It especially reflects the importance of parent-child homework and other ordinary routine work in students’ learning process. The third part is how to design the moral parent-child homework in junior middle schools. Based on the methods of designing homework and combined with the specific cases, contents of ideological and moral teaching are rearranged to facilitate the implementation of the teaching system in the future. The fourth part is the evaluation of moral parent-child homework in junior middle schools, which is established on the basis of full respect for students’ personality development. The evaluation embodies the unity of process and results as well as scientific evaluation methods to enable students to understand themselves better in the process, motivate their enthusiasm for learning knowledge and promote students’ all-round development.
