Xuhui District Shanghai primary school physical education teacher’s educational level is higher, football professional teachers is relatively small, which leads to the professional skills of teachers football is not strong, need to be further promoted.3.Xuhui District, Shanghai City, most of the elementary school football ground can guarantee the normal teaching and student activities, the whole Shanghai Xuhui primary school football venues have is still relatively optimistic, site quality is very good, the deficiency is the area is too small, the practice in football lessons and soccer training density affected.4.A significant proportion of primary school students’ parents’ attitude to their children’s participation in football is not high, and the support is not enough.
