The study on the sense of distributive justice are important topics in the study of social justice, previous studies have proposed a variety of theories to explain the formation mechanism of distributive justice. Research focuses on analysis of the impact of the Chinese people to form "more" and "less" unfair judgement of similarities, are defined as distributed sense of fairness, and according to the self-interest theory, local theory and the basic concepts of social movement theory to the analysis in the context of current social people’s sense of distributive justice and formation mechanism. And analysis the factors of social mobility, subjective social short-term flows and long-term objective of social mobility in this study, the Chinese General Social Survey (CGSS2006) data analysis shows that Chinese people’s sense of self-distributive justice judgments affected by socio-economic status differences and factors of influence of social mobility. And income inequality on the judgment of major groups in society, in different sectors of society, "more", "less" respectively under the influence of different factors on the unfair judgement, their formation mechanism is not uniform. On the factors which influence the distribution of social mobility, we find that the long-term objective of flows have no obvious impact on the sense of distributive justice, and short of the subjective factors on the distribution of social mobility has a significant impact on the formation of the justice, for fair distribution of this immediacy of feeling, long-term objective social mobility effects seem to be more than a "shelf-life".
