In high school teaching, teachers and students generally reflect high school physics course is hard to teach and learn, especially for physical exercise basic many of them will not do. are often not easy to adapt to the new learning, teaching methods, if not handled properly will directly affect the three years of high school physics learning. The author in the process of education study, found that many high school students in physical exercises answer the existence of thinking difficulties, resulting in physical exercises answer error, exam score is not high. Based on this, educators should take some teaching strategies to help students solve the corresponding thinking obstacles.In this paper, the author firstly refers to the many domestic and foreign literature relevant information, according to the current status of the research at home and abroad, thinking obstacles of three theories established high school physics problem solving thought disorder index system, followed by the questionnaire survey on the first senior physics teacher, teach a teacher to propose modification suggestions according to the line, and finally establish the high school physics problem solving thought disorder index system, index system includes three level indicators, layers of depth, and analysis of each index weight. In this paper summarizes the common high school biology comprehension thinking obstacles, is divided into eight types and the eight types of thought disorder as a secondary index, according to the index in the second level of thinking obstacles in the preparation of students’problem solving thinking obstacles situation questionnaire, fully understand the students specific thinking obstacles.In addition, the author through internships for college physics teachers were interviewed. according to their usual experience, find the reasons, according to the reasons and by consulting literature, the author summed up the thinking obstacles in problem solving teaching strategy, teaching strategies respectively:help students summary, formed perfect cognitive structure of physics. The use of experimental teaching, improve the physical ability7 of abstract thinking. On physical meaning, help students to change their learning methods. To overcome the psychological barriers, pay attention to the cultivation of students’emotion attitude values. The correct understanding of physical problems, in-depth understanding of the physical condition of the implied meaning. To promote the positive transfer and negative transfer, solve the thinking form of thinking disorder.Finally, the author in order to test method is reasonable and effective, the internship and practice school discussions through to first grade of senior high school students issued detection of physical volumes (a) (b). two classes respectively as the practice class and the control class, through the two classes before and after the practice into the contrast of performance and test after the interview the students to and prove that the strategy is reasonable and effective.
