Research On Current Situation And Countermeasure Of Basketball Referee Training Of Physical Education Majors In Shanghai

With the fast development of society and national sports, basketball becomes more and more popular. In recent years, whether it is a high level of professional league, or grassroots amateur competition, also have rapid development. At the same time,with the rapid development of basketball, there has been a large demand for basketball referees. The sports education students in Shanghai colleges and universities need to master a certain skill of basketball referees, because master a certain skill of basketball referees will not noly affect to be a basketball teacher, but also directly affect the construction of Shanghai youth basketball referee team. In this paper, using the method of literature, interview, questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method, I select 266 students majoring in physical education of three universities as the object of investigation in order to study students basketball referee ability and the present training status then offer the corresponding measures. The contents related to: professional sports education students basketball referee ability level; college training mode and problem research; training results and Countermeasures Research.The research conclusions are as follows:1 The overall basketball referee level of Shanghai sports education students is low;2 there are problems in the training mode of college students, and the students are not very satisfied with the training of basketball referees in Colleges and Universities3 it is recommended to establish the training mode of "Basketball Class + elective + high level student referee team construction", which makes the training of basketball referee ability of college students in sports education more systematic, scientific, efficient and sustainable.
