Research On Training Content And Method System Of Basketball Referees In General Colleges And Universities Of Shaanxi Province

Basketball is a collective and popular sport,which is loved by everyone,so basketball is developing very rapidly.With the rapid development of basketball events,it has also brought great development and challenges to basketball referees.The sharp increase of events has brought a lot of practical opportunities to referees,but the uneven level of contestants is also a great challenge to referees.Basketball is developing rapidly in Shaanxi Province,and the demand for referees is also increasing gradually.In order to meet the needs of social development,more young basketball referees are needed to develop.In colleges and universities,the number of college students is large,and their cultural foundation is high,and they occupy in the referee training.Because of its great advantages,colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province have become the training base of basketball referees' reserve force.The cultivation of student referees' ability has a great influence on meeting the needs of the development of social events and the replacement of new and old referees,so the cultivation of basketball referees in Shaanxi ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities is extremely important.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature,expert investigation,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis to take the training content and method system of basketball referees in Shaanxi ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities as the research object,taking Xi'an Jiaotong University of Shaanxi Province,Xi'an University of posts and Telecommunications,Yulin College,Northwestern University of Technology,Xi'an University of Petroleum,Shaanxi normal University,Xianyang normal University,Taking the students of 9undergraduate colleges and universities in Baoji Institute of Arts and Sciences as the object of investigation,this paper investigates some problems existing in the training of basketball referees in colleges and universities,and constructs the content and method system suitable for the training of referees in ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities through expert investigation.The conclusion is as follows:1.The ability of students to study in general colleges and universities is strong,the foreign language level is in accordance with the requirements of the current basketball referees,and the Basketball Association of Shaanxi Province has continuously set up a basketball referee training base in various colleges and universities,so the training of basketball referees is gradually formed in the regular colleges and universities;2.In the course of basketball referee training in ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities,the training content is not comprehensive,the training method is relatively single,can not meet the needs of all kinds of training content,and can not ensure the overall improvement of referee's adjudication ability.3.Basketball referee training in ordinary colleges and universities should be carried out from seven aspects: basketball rules,referee manual,physical quality,basketball skills and tactics,organization and management ability,professional ethics quality and psychological quality.According to the requirements and standards of each level of referees,the training content system of each level of referees is constructed.4.In the general undergraduate colleges and universities,the teaching method,model law,practice method,observation method and inquiry method are mainly used for the training of referees,and the corresponding training methods are applied in different training contents,so as to construct the training method system of referees.
