Moreover college teachers have little spare time, so, such activities have to be scheduled on summer vacation. And then, it would be limited in season aspect. Furthermore, the contents pay attention to theoretical knowledge and the guidance of technical shill is insufficient.3, The principal of the Sports Bureau Group division believes that the grassroots is the largest group and to truly achieve the national fitness, the mass sports have to focus on the grassroots level.
