Education is the foundation. With the social development and progress, the role of education in our socialist construction has risen to unprecedented heights.For the dominant power of education- teachers, both opportunities and challenges.To complete the task of teaching and commitment to education,the teachers must adapt to the environmental changes forwardly and respond to stressful situations.These are important psychologically guarantee.Resilience is a physical concept application in psychology.As far as we know,resilience is the quality with that we can still maintain a good development capacity when facing the high-risk environment. Usually,we can define it with two conditions:the experience of facing high-risking environment,and that the individual still maintain a good development.Resilience is an important part of individual mental health.It is a powerful support to help individuals recover from a variety of post-traumatic stress.From the perspective of positive psychology,this study attempts to improve teachers’ mental health and level of education.We will firstly get a overall knowledge of the resilience of secondary school teacher in the method of survey.And on the base of that,we will explore the differences between secondary school teachers of different level of resilience in cognitive processing under emotional evoke.This study is divided into three parts.One study is a survey to the middle school teachers randomly selected from a city of Shandong, in the tool of “Secondary School Teachers Resilience Scale” prepared by Liu Chunlan.Then we can analysis the relationship between the level of resilience and the various factors of subjects,from the aspect of gender,seniority,job title etc.In the second study,we will explore the relationship between the level of resilience and the coping methods.In the third study,we will evoke the both positive and negative emotions of subjects.Under the influences of the emotion,we will monitor the completion of emotional stroop task.Through the statistical analysis of results,we will get the conclusion of cognitive bias of subjects in different level of resilience under the influence of emotion.These can provide theoretical support to improve the mental heath of middle school teachers.After the statistical analysis,we get the following conclusion:1) The secondary school teachers level of resilience is influenced by the factors of gender,seniority,job title and the experience of head teacher.2) Secondary School Teachers’ stress coping style is mainly mature-oriented.High level of resilience is highly related to the style of problem solving and helping.In contrast,low level of resilience is highly related to the style of self-accusation.3) Secondary school teachers with higher resilience are faster and more flexible in cognitive processing than those teachers with lower resilience.In summary,those secondary school teachers with high resilience have more positive emotions and more positive coping style.This will be more powerful empirical evidence to stand by improving the level of secondary school teacher’s resilience.
