Objective: This study designed a group counseling program based on reasonable emotional therapy,which targets students who had been aggressive or aggressive,to improve their emotional regulation,improve hostile cognitive bias,and confirmed the emotional management and improve the continuity of cognitive intervention.Method:This study is mainly divided into two parts:First,the questionnaire survey.The Buss-Perry aggression behavior Scale investigated the probability of 357 students,and analyzed demographic variables,and used hostile cognitive deviation questionnaire and adolescent emotional regulation questionnaire to explore the relationship between hostile cognitive bias,emotional regulation ability and aggressive behavior;The second was the intervention study,where 32 girls with high aggression tendency were selected from the questionnaire for group activity,after that they were divided into control group(16)and experimental group(16).The experimental group performed a reasonable emotion therapy group counseling intervention weekly,with a total of 6 sessions lasting 50 – 60 minutes each,while the control group gave general group counseling.Before and after the intervention,the Buss-Perry Assault Questionnaire was used,and the independent variable was the experimental treatment,namely the group counseling activity,the dependent variable was the total scores on dimensions of the questionnaire,and the dependent variable was the total scores on each dimension of the questionnaire,and the additional variables were strict Grid control regiment auxiliary time and regiment auxiliary environment.Then,we qualitatively analyze the activity record table,member feedback and interview information of group members during the activity,and explore the factors effective in improving aggressive behavior.Results:There were no significant differences in the verbal and physical attack scores,hostility,and anger attack,before starting the group counseling activity intervention(p> 0.05);After two months of the group-assisted experiment,the scores of the assault questionnaire and the total score were significantly lower than the control group(p<0.01);The scores of the Buss-Perry aggression behavior questionnaire as well as the total questionnaire score were significantly lower than the previous test(p<0.01);There were no significant difference in the average scores of the questionnaire and in the dimensions.Conclusion:Group counseling based on reasonable emotional treatment has a certain positive role in effectively alleviating the attack behavior of secondary vocational students;Group counseling based on rational emotional therapy can effectively improve students’ coping methods and emotional regulation ability,and improve cognitive bias.
