A Case Study Of Rural Women 's Legal Education

Legal education of rural women is a kind of publicity and education activity, through various forms to offer service for the rural women who have participated in the production and operation activities, and it includes that national current legal system and basic legal knowledge.It not only helps to stimulate the legal learning consciousness of rural women, but also functions in improving their accomplishment of the law and exercising their legal personality, and thereby to speed up the process of legal system construction in rural areas; At the same time, it is also helpful for the cultivation of the equal consciousness of men and women, the spread of advanced gender culture. This study takes three rural women as the research object, analyzes their legal life experience, trying to find the deep roots of the legal education of rural women, so as to promote the development of the legal education of rural women. The main contents of the paper are as follows:Firstly, this paper expounds the reasons for choosing the topic, the purpose and significance of the research, it summarizes the significance, current situation, content and strategy of the research of rural women legal education; meanwhile, it introduces the research ideas and methods, and defines the concept of rural woman and rural women legal education.Secondly, it elaborates the theoretical basis, it includes individual socialization theory, adult learning theory and social gender theory.Thirdly, depth interviews were conducted with three rural women, showing by the development of the story, the dialogue and psychological state of the characters, describing their experience and behavior performance in handling legal disputes, safeguard their legitimate rights and interests; after a detailed analysis of the story text, the real legal situation of rural women is obvious: the legal literacy of rural women is worrying, the legal aid system in rural areas is not in place, the legal education in rural areas is neglected, the content of the legal education of rural women is not suitable, the mode of the legal education of rural women is relatively backward,and so on.Fourthly, it puts forward some strategies to promote the development of the legal education of rural women: based on subjective status, renewing the concept of the legal education of rural women; strengthen the economic foundation to ensure adequate investment of the legal education of rural women; aspire to educational fairness, building a complete legal aid system;examine the life course, digging the needs of legal learning of rural women; seize the key features, selecting the content of legal education of rural women; adhere to local conditions,reforming the mode of legal education of rural women.
