Undergraduate Legal Education Professional To Thinking

Rule of law is not only the construction of legal system, also the course in which professional legal workers come into being. Based on this comprehension, this thesis introduces and assesses the legal education pattern of main countries in the world such as France, Germany, Britain, Japan, America and Australia, and observes current situation of legal education in our country. By this thorough contrast, this thesis concludes that because of the separation and estrangement between legal education and profession, the graduate legal education in university in our country is only a kind of academic education of law. So professional legal education pattern must be reconstructed. This pattern is in basis on construction of equal quality of legal workers and regards the graduate legal education in university as a necessary part in system of legal- profession education. In the course of instruction, developing the professional quality of legal workers including quality of arts and science, legal ethic, legal knowledge and legal professional skills is the value and aim of legal education. Related with continuous legal education, perfect system of legal-profession education is established. In the same time, perfect system of legal profession is erected to support the pattern抯 rational exist and healthy developing. In this way, the problem of separation between legal education and profession must be able to be resolved and the aim of rule of law must be able to be achieved.
