Literacy refers to the internalization and integration of knowledge in regular practice and daily life,it plays an important role in a person's way of thinking,way of doing things,behavior habits.Legal literacy is the comprehensive embodiment of legal knowledge,legal emotion,legal evaluation and legal behavior,which is an important part of the internal quality of a person.The fourth plenary session of the fourth plenary session emphasizes strengthening the concept of the rule of law for all and promoting the construction of social rule of law.The authority of the law must derive from the inner and sincere beliefs of the people,and also emphasize the integration of the rule of law education into the national education system,from adolescents,the establishment of the rule of law knowledge in primary and secondary schools.To speed up the socialist legal construction,the implementation of the rule of law education is very important,teenagers are the future of the motherland.six years of middle school learning process is an important stage in their growth,only to understand the status and causes of high school students'legal literacy can guide the development of legal literacy.In rural areas,the legal education of middle school students is very serious,and also is a big problem of the rule of law education in China,this paper takes the rural middle school students' legal literacy as the breakthrough point,through the questionnaire and social interview to understand the current rural middle school students' legal literacy status,and analyzes the reasons behind it.Except the introduction,this paper includes the following four main parts.The first part,the part focuses on the concept and composition of legal literacy,analyzes the internal structure and external performance of the concept of legal literacy,and provides theoretical guidance for the current situation analysis.The second part,this part summarizes the characteristics of rural middle school students' legal literacy and the status of rural middle school students' legal literacy,mainly from the legal knowledge,legal identification,own behavior,legal evaluation of these four aspects,found that the rural middle school students legal knowledge is lack,legal evaluation,the loss and behavior do not meet the four major problems.The third part,this part mainly analyzes the main problems of the legal literacy of rural middle school,the main reasons include the lack of professional legal teachers,the legal curriculum is not scientific and legal practice activities lack of psychological experience.The last part,this part focuses on the situation of rural middle school students' legal literacy,puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,the paper mainly puts forward the improvement of the legal literacy of rural middle school students mainly lies in the school education,and expounds the cultivation mode from three aspects of school curriculum,teachers,social practice.
