A Study On The Education Of College Students' Justice In The Background Of "Core Value Construction"

College student is a special group in our society, it’s the best time to develop their worldview,outlook on life and viewpoint of value.The core values of Chinese socialism is very attractive to college students, and it just like a magnet to condense their positive energy.To cultivate their core values of the Chinese socialism actively is necessary to condense their energy and enhance the consensus of college students. It is also a powerful spirit to achieve Chinese dream.In background of core value concept construction,it is quite meaningful to develop the justice view of college students. As the beginning of the research, it firstly summarize the aim and meaning about choosing the topic” the justice view of college students”, domestic and overseas research status and literature review and research methods.Acutually, “equality and fair”is the concept of justice, equality means public and fairness” "justice" means positive energy.It also means there is a fair rule, one with axioms, everyone can agree and accept the rule. That is related to the two sides of each party share the same rights and obligations, they get what they deserved, also they do their responsibilities. College students’ view of justice is the educator have a certain influence ob college students,it is the process to let them accept the justice of the social public.The character of college students’ view of justice education:diversity; flexibility; practice.The survey shows that the justice of the current college students is generally positive, healthy and eneggetic. Our country attaches great importance to the education of college students in the construction of justice view, took many active measures and we made great progress. But there are also many problems, by doing the questionnaire,on the basis of statistics, we made analysis of the core value concept of college students in the construction of justice view, the mainly problem is: their understanding for justice is not accurate enough; they also lack effective practice; college fairness view of subject education has weakness; the lack of innovation;also,the combination of society, the school and the family can be strengthened.The reasons for these problems are mainly: the theory for the core value concept construction in fairness is insufficient; the irrelevance of the ideological and moral education; the influence of the diversity of social value to the college student;the influence of the current opinion in current society. To strengthen college students’ justicce view,college students should agree with concept of the socialist core volues from their heart, it is necessary to insist on certain principles,also to choose the right way.In this background, they should insist on the principle that the combination of theme activities between students justice view education and the core value view education; the combination of typical demonstration between students justice view education and the core value; the combination of moral practice between college students justice view education and the core value view education.The way to improve the college students’ justice view from the perspective of the construction : to strengthen the core value view education in the theoretical study;to update the college education fairness concept under core values construction. Under the social background of multi culture, tobplay a fair example with guidance and leading; to construct a healthy campus subculture, to guide a correct understanding of the various contemporary social thought to the students; to achieve the link between Ideological and moral courses,let the classroom teaching be more effective.
