Since the "national fitness program outline" promulgated,the whole people to participate in an exercise, improve the important meaning of the national physical quality is self-evident,to build the concept of national fitness service system is put forward and put into operation of these years,Our ordinary residents participate in physical exercise situation has made a lot of improvement, the construction of public facilities, government regulators, the masses participate in more than ever before have different level of ascension, but there are still shortcomings, compared with developed countries still have a lot to learn from and to improve the place.The research object of this study was the national fitness service system construction,from the national fitness service itself, management level, the masses of workers and participants,questionnaire has carried out a series of investigation, such as the movement way and the place choice, people know the situation of the national fitness service system, equipped with professional instructors, to the national fitness cause dominant attitude held by the situation, the system input is analyzed,summarizes the current situation of construction of the national fitness service system, some of the problems in the social propaganda is not enough, facilities and the existence of the site restrictions, lack of professional guidance, financial investment is not enough, for this situation were described briefly and put forward reasonable suggestions : Perfecting financial security mechanism, expanding professional guidance team, the construction of a comprehensive public sports venues, to establish the trust between the people and the government, establishing scientific regulatory system.
