The Application Of Emotional Psychology In Ideological And Political Education In Colleges And Universities

Being an important component of human survival and development, emotion psych ology runs through the colleges and universities’ ideological and political eduction. And the both parts are closely interrelated and interacted. When emotion psychology applies to ideological and political education, it can contribute to improving the students’ moral qualities, stimulating their positive affect of study and life and forming perfect personali ty. This article analyzes not only the relationship between emotion psychology and ideol ogical and political eduction on the basis of emotion psychology theory, but also the sig nificance of emotion psychology. After explaining the confronting problems in impleme nting emotion eduction, the article analyzes the reasons which cause those problems and puts forward a series of enlightenments and application measures. Finally, in order to so lve the practical problems and improve the pertinence and effectiveness of ideological a nd political eduction, the article applies the theory to practice and innovates the applicati on of emotion psychology.
