main battlefield and channel for ideological and political education of college students,and are the key courses to achieve the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating talents.Under the background of "Internet plus" era,in order to better adapt to the development requirements of the information age,college education needs to greatly improve the integration of ideological and political courses and informatization.In this context,the Party and the state actively promote the construction of new media,and the teaching of ideological and political courses in universities is also facing new opportunities brought about by the development of new media.Since the entry of socialism with Chinese characteristics into the new era,it has been continuously emphasized to keep up with the pace of the times and comply with practical development.So how to respond to the opportunities of the development of new media and make good use of new media to carry out ideological and political education is a problem that university ideological and political education teachers should pay attention to in the new era.Exploring new models of ideological and political education in universities requires a foothold in the field of new media.At the beginning of 2019,the "Learning to Build a Strong Country" platform was officially launched,which is an innovative exploration to strengthen theoretical knowledge and ideological and political education in the new era.Relying on the "Learning to Build a Strong Country" platform and utilizing its advantages to integrate it into the teaching of ideological and political courses in universities is an innovative path for ideological and political courses in the new era.It is not only conducive to further playing its role in ideological and political education,but also helps universities consolidate the main battlefield of ideological and political course teaching.Based on the educational model of "Internet plus Education",this paper aims to innovate the teaching methods of ideological and political courses and improve the effectiveness of ideological and political courses.On the basis of reviewing relevant literature,combined with questionnaire surveys,relevant survey data is sorted out to identify problems and analyze the reasons,providing targeted suggestions for the application of "learning to strengthen the country" in ideological and political education in universities.In addition to the introduction,the entire article is divided into four parts.The first part explains the relevant overview of the application of "learning to strengthen the country" in the teaching of ideological and political courses in universities.Explained the concepts of ideological and political courses in universities and "learning power",and analyzed the basic situation and characteristics of "learning power".This article mainly explains the theoretical basis of the application of "learning power" in the teaching of ideological and political courses in universities from the perspectives of online ideological and political education and ideological and political education carriers,and explores the important significance and feasibility of the application of "learning power" in the teaching of ideological and political courses in universities.The second part explores the current situation of the application of "learning power" in the teaching of ideological and political courses in universities.By organizing survey questionnaires,this study conducted an in-depth analysis of the effectiveness of the "Learning Power" in the teaching of ideological and political courses in universities,mainly including enriching the teaching content of ideological and political courses and enriching teaching materials;Innovative teaching methods for ideological and political courses have improved teaching effectiveness;Improved the teaching philosophy of teachers and promoted teaching reform and innovation;Expanding the teaching carrier of ideological and political courses,broadening students’ social perspectives.And analyzed the problems that exist in the application of "learning power" in
