The development of the education of the "cultural revo lution" period has always debated in Academia. For the education of "cultural revolution" period(including elementary school education) studies are mostly for macro policy and major policy of carding, rarely do the micro case studies. The author thinks that take a county as a case to study the primary school education should both comply with the trend of national history studies the underlying vision, also can reflect more actual situation at that time. Raoyang is a very common county in China among two thousand counties, the author hope that through the study of such an ordinary county to achieve the result of society, reflecting the "cultural revolution" as the special period of the development of elementary education in our country.This article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is introduction, mainly elaborated the selected topic reason, define the relevant time and explain concepts, research methods and related literature.The main text is divided into three parts, the second chapter is the performance of primary school education before the "cultural revolution"(1964-1966), the main text combed the related situation of this period of primary school students, the vigorous development of GengDou elementary school and class education for primary school students.The third chapter is the early stage of the "cultural revolution" in the primary school education(1966-1971), the main text combed the classes this period closed revolting, revo lting and so on influence on primary school students; Teacher down, and back to the team and the school near tube checked the effect of primary school teachers and the teaching quality.The last chapter is a conclusion. Through the content of elementary education of the "cultural revolution" period, the influence of teachers, education time and fixed number of year to evaluate the quality of education in this period.
