The healthy development of human’s civilization shows us that family is the cornerstone of a harmonious society and the source of happiness. Family education always plays a very important part of society. What’s more, the precondition of a good family education asks parents to learn and accept new family education knowledge and concepts. However, the author has seen the problem of family education from the social phenomenon, which has a certain relationship with the lack of parent education.With the development of "micro" era, people’s learning moods are changing faster and faster. Due to the reasons including the study of space and time, the diversification of media attention and learning stability, people need more micro learning resources to adapt to the new learning culture, in order to get the most information in the shortest time. So people are more likely to accept innovative "micro" media while facing the vast network resources.This study tries to analyze micro video design and application ip family education to help parents learn more knowledge of family education and improve their attainments and scientific methods, according to parents’education of micro video.This thesis consists of five parts:The first part is "Introduction". It is about to explain the origin and significance of this topic according to requirements of society and family to micro videos. Then it summarizes the research status quo domestic and overseas and the contents, methods and framework of the research.The second part is "analysis". It carries on the theory elaboration and the feasibility analysis. The first chapter mainly introduces the object, characteristics, objectives, approaches, support theory, and the connotation, characteristics and support theory of the parents’education. The second chapter discusses the micro video applications to parents" education. First of all. the micro video meets the fragmentation age of learning needs and the existing school parents’ multidimensional service system for micro video transmission provides a rich platform. Finally the survey result shows parents are willing to accept micro video of the learning method.The third part of the "design" is mainly to discuss how to design the micro video. It tells the design mode of micro video and the learning task of the design about a detailed exposition.The fourth chapter is the "implementation", it’s about the specific description of the production, implementation and effect of parents" education video. In the fourth chapter, the two thematic content decomposition including focus on children’s mental health and the children’s sensitive period have been explained. And what’s more, it introduces two micro video production processes. The fifth chapter describes how to use the existing channels to implement the micro video of parents" education, as well as through the questionnaire survey, parents’interviews and successful cases. It describes the effect of micro video in the process of parents’education.The fifth part is "summary". It summarizes in the implementation of parental education in the process of micro video experience, reflects the limitations of this study, and finally make some prospects for the future development of parents’education micro video.
