Study On Population Flow, Specialty Output And County Economy Development

County economy is the basic unit of the national economy in China. Many scholars have expounded its importance to the development of the country economy. For the central and western regions in our country, the increasing of county’s agricultural production, farmers’ income, and employment of urban and rural residents, the urban development and social stability and so on depend on the county economy. At present, the path of the county economic development in the central and western regions are mainly concentrated in two directions, namely undertaking the eastern coastal area industrial transfer and the development of local characteristic economy.Gushi County is located in the southeast of Henan province, on the border of Henan-Anhui provinces, with Huaihe river in the north and Dabie mountain in the south, has the largest population and richest agricultural products among the counties in Henan province. Since ancient times, the industry base has been weak, but characteristic agricultural products are rich in resources, providing an important basis for local economic development.Based on labor mobility, characteristic agricultural output and the county economy development as the theme, with Gushi county as an example, this study focuses on the relationship between the two themes of the labor mobility and characteristic agricultural output in county economy. Specifically, a large number of rural surplus labor force going out as the background, with local characteristic agricultural output as the main research object, using the county main agricultural output data over the years and krugman PP-ZZ model, the paper analyzes the association between labor migration and the characteristic agricultural production and output, and points out that under the relationship the effect of characteristic agricultural products output on Gushi county economy development.Study conclusion shows that labor outflow results in the decrease in the characteristic agricultural products output with Gushi county family mode of production. But since 2003, some migrants who returned and started the agricultural sector business have expanded the scale of the local characteristic agricultural production. Overall, the role of labour mobility in Gushi county characteristic agricultural production is positive. At the same time, the county migration constitutes external market “liquidity market” demand of the characteristic agricultural products, meeting this demand is likely to create conditions for market opening of Gushi county special agricultural products nationwide. On this basis, the paper further analyzes the county existing four types of characteristic agricultural output mode, points out that hundreds of Gushi speciality restaurants represented by "Gushi goose" run by the county migrant workers play an obvious role in promoting the characteristic agricultural output, the "restaurant supply mode" is most conductive to start a business and shape Gushi county agricultural products brand. On this basis, the selling-online model can further improve the efficiency of the county characteristic agricultural output.Innovation point of this article is: pointing out that the different influence of labor migration on Gushi county characteristic agricultural products between the household production and the scale production, emphasizing the existence and significance of Gushi characteristic agricultural products "liquidity market". In addition, based on the analysis the influence of Gushi county characteristic agricultural output on the county labor mobility, the paper points out that the influence of the development of local special industry can create conditions for migrants to return home and live, especially over 50 year-old migrants.
