Research On The Current Situation And Strategy Of Middle School PE Teachers In Gushi County Of Henan Province

To realize the great China dream of the Chinese nation and accelerate the modernization of society,the education of the Chinese people is an absolutely important part of it.Along with the imbalance of economic development in different regions,it affects the balance of resources,especially the balance of talents,which is reflected in the problem of education,that is,the resources of teachers in the post-landing areas are far less than those in the economically developed areas.Guji county is located in the southeast of Henan province,the border of Henan province,Henan population of the first County,with more middle schools,large teams of physical education teachers,but the quality of physical education has not been improved for a long time.Based on the methods of documentation,questionnaire,interview,mathematical statistics and logic analysis,this paper investigates the current situation of physical education teachers in Gushi county middle school by sampling some physical education teachers and students,and discusses the basic situation of physical education teachers,physical education teaching,amateur training,scientific research,and salary subsidy:The structure of gender,age and title of physical education teachers in 1.Gushi County should be reasonable,but the equity of physical education should be improved.Due to salary,social status and other reasons,Gushi County secondary school physical education teachers have a strong willingness to move.2.Gushi county secondary school physical education teachers have a relatively large workload,the importance of the preparation of lessons is not sufficient,in the course of the course of theoretical courses of less importance,willing to continue to accept training after entry,but the way of training is limited.3.The amateur training ability of the PE teachers in Gushi County high school is strong,and the large workload of the equipment and teachers limit the better development.4.The importance of physical education to scientific research of secondary school teachers in Gushi county is limited to the evaluation of titles and school regulations,few teachers are engaged in scientific research for their own will.5.Gushi County secondary school physical education teachers pay less,in some countries better policies in the practical implementation of the imperfect.
