Research Objective:In deep-rooted Chongwen light Wu, the heavy wisdom light body of traditional education idea, after all the learning achievements speak of evaluation mechanism, some parents formed such wrong logic: physical exercise will affect academic, that participate in physical exercise time will make the child’s academic performance decline, however, the recent increasing research achievement:sports can improve academic performance through improving brain function. However, the physical activity of learning achievement of research evidence is not sufficient. This study intends to pupils’physical activity and learning achievement relationship in-depth study, and to investigate the executive function in physical activity and school performance whether to play a mediating role, through physical activity to promote students learning results provide theoretical and practical basis.Research methods:Choose the students of grade four as the research object. The physical activity level of adolescent physical activity questionnaire was used to evaluate the performance of pupils. The scores of pupils’ language scores were evaluated by three grades. To analyze the relationship between physical activity level, executive function and academic performance, and to explore the mediating role of the executive function in the relationship between physical activity and academic performance through structural equation analysis.Research results:(1) physical activity there is no difference in the demographic variables of gender; academic achievement in Chinese and English in gender, there was significant difference (P=0.013, P=0.002, P<0.05, Chinese and English girls are better than boys), mathematics, there is no difference on gender; executive function in the refresh function have significant difference in terms of gender (P=0.028, P<0.05, girls are better than boys, refresh function) and inhibit the conversion function there is no gender difference in physical activity (2) 0.21 is the direct effect on academic performance coefficient (P=0.033, P<0.05), there was a significant correlation between physical activity and academic achievement, with the body to raise the level of academic activities higher scores in physical activity;-0.25 is the direct effect on executive function coefficient (P=0.028, P<0.05), there was a significant correlation between physical activity and executive function, With the improvement of the level of physical activity executive function increased; physical activity on the academic achievements of the total effect coefficient is 0.41, show that physical activity can not only have a direct effect on academic performance, and through the intermediary role of executive function indirectly to academic achievement effect.Research conclusions:Pupils’physical activity level and academic achievement were significantly related; pupils’ physical activity can not only have a direct effect on academic achievement, can also through the intermediary role of executive function indirectly to academic achievement effect.
