The relationship between physical exercise and executive function research, had previously focused on physical exercise for direct impact on executive function, namely the impact of physical exercise on executive function effect directly. Specific research areas are mainly the following two points: first is the different exercise project for different groups of executive function directly influence; second is exercise combined with other interventions or drugs to impact on the special groups' executive function directly. Although previous studies had found a series of achievements, also confirmed the significant effect of physical exercise on executive function, but it still ignores the possible intermediary factor between physical exercise and executive function, and even neglected the possible intermediary effect between physical exercise and executive function.Based on this, this study from the physical exercise can contribute to the level of executive function of the elderly as a starting point, in the mechanism of physical exercise influence on the elderly executive function as the background, put forward the multiple mediation hypothesis model between physical exercise and executive function, aims to explore:in addition to the direct effect on the impact of physical exercise on executive function, also possibly exist the psychological mediation effect.Through to measurement the exercise behavior, general self-efficacy and aging attitude of the elderly, to verify the hypothesis model. Research hypothesis:Hypothesis1: physical exercise has obvious promoting effect on elders'executive function, and the household registration's main effect is remarkable;Hypothesis2: aging attitude plays a role of intermediary between physical exercise and executive function;Hypothesis3: general self-efficacy plays a role of intermediary between physical exercise and executive function;Hypothesis4:the direct effect and indirect effect have significant differences. This study adopts the measurement method and experimental method to test the 191 elderly's exercise behavior, the psychological indicator and executive function, all participants have no significant differences of demographic variables, the results show that:1. Physical exercise has obvious promoting effect on elders' executive function, and the household registration's main effect is remarkable. Research shows that urban elderly have high scores on general self-efficacy, aging attitude than that of the rural elderly; besides, the urban elderly's executive function also better than that of the rural elderly.2. Moderate and scientific exercise time, exercise frequency can have a positively significant effect on general self-efficacy and aging attitude to elderly during the daily exercise.3. Physical exercise can directly improve the level of executive function to the elderly, also can through the mediation effect to promote elderly's executive function. The multiple mediation model show that, physical exercise can directly improve the level of executive function to the elderly, also can through the mediation effect to promote elderly's executive function.lt is suggested that, during the daily exercise, the elderly not only need to strengthen the body exercise, but also attaches great importance to the mental health.General self-efficacy and aging attitude as two psychological factors is very important to the elderly, it play a significance role in promoting elderly's executive function. During the daily exercise, to cultivate aging attitude and general self-efficacy will affect the exercise effect and executive function in the elderly.
