Research purposes:at present, children’s psychological behavior problems have become the focus of public health concern, especially for clinical depression and anxiety, and studies have shown that a variety of dangerous behavior and teenagers has been linked to increased mental health problems. Just some studies have found that children take part in physical activity can reduce depression and anxiety symptoms and improve academic performance, enhance the level of self-esteem and reduce stress, relieve mental disease, improve the life satisfaction, etc., but the influence of physical activity for children’s behavioral problems is a lack of sufficient and credible arguments, if can clearly explain the influence of physical activity for behavior problems, to take pertinent physical activity interventions to improve pupils’ behavior problems has important theoretical and practical value.Research methods:in this paper, choose four, five grade students as the research object, USES the adolescent physical activity questionnaire, adolescent psychological behavior questionnaire and executive function measurement tools to explore elementary physical activity, the relationship between executive function and behavior problems, and further by using path analysis method to explore the executive function in the mediation role of relationship between physical activity and behavioral problems, by controlling the elementary student’s physical activity time, improve the physical and mental health of pupils provides the basis in theory and in practice..Research results:(1) the elementary student’s physical activity and behavioral problems on executive function has a direct impact. Physical activity for the direct effect of’executive function coefficient is 0.55; Executive function of behavioral problems directly effect coefficient is 0.43; Physical activity for behavior problems directly effect coefficient is 0.23. (2) the elementary student’s physical activity has indirect effect on behavior problems. Physical activity on behavior problems of indirect effect coefficient is 0.55*0.43=0.43. (3) the elementary student’s physical activity by influencing the behavior of executive function, in turn, affects executive function in physical activity affect the behavior of primary school students plays an intermediary role.Research conclusions:physical activity not only can have a positive impact on children behavior problems directly, but also indirectly by executive function influence on the behavior of primary school students.
