Background:Left-behind children problem is China’s recent emergence of a serious social phenomenon. Executive function is affecting children and left-behind children health of body and mind development a core factor, how to effectively promote the development of their executive function, has become a hot issue of concern to interested parties. The study found that the development of left-behind children’s executive function lagging behind normal children, there are certain in psychological development problems. A growing body of evidence suggests that physical activity can improve and promote the development of children’s executive function. Movement of body and mind is a special kind of sports activities, the study found that mental and physical exercise on the physical and mental health of adults and the development of cognitive function had a positive effect,but the movement of body and mind as sports content for children, especially there is few research on the effects of left-behind children’s executive function,affect the movement of body and mind as a development and improve children’s executive function method is scientific and practical application.Purposes:This study aims to through the early development of experimental verification "BAMS" movement of body and mind improvement about the existence of left-behind children’s executive function, reveal the 8 weeks "BAMS" movement of body and mind of left-behind children’s executive function and the effect of physical and mental development, broaden the sports intervention plan according to promote the development of special children’s executive function, to promote the sports intervention was used in the special children’s executive function and the development of physical and mental health practice, focused on left-behind children’s physical and mental healthy growth to provide certain support and help.Methods:With "BAMS" physical and mental exercise as exercise intervention, to perform a functional development critical period in four grade left-behind children as experimental object, the subjects can be divided into the control group (20), the experimental group (20), intervention group of sports "BAMS" physical and mental exercise intervention for 8 weeks, (40 minutes each time, three times a week).The control group with normal physical education. Use the Flanker task, task 1-back, and More-odd shifting tasks measured experiment object before and after inhibition of executive function, refresh three child function and transformation function, using social SPSS20.0 statistical analysis package for statistical analysis of the change.Results:eight weeks "BAMS" physical and mental exercise intervention doesn’t improve the reaction of the left-behind children flanker task, (F(1,38)=3.45; P=0.07>0.05); Improve the left-behind children do 1-back reaction, (F(l,38)=20.30; P=0.000<0.01); Improve the left-behind children complete more-odd shifting task response(F(1,38)=23.36; P=0.000< 0.01)Conclusion:"BAMS" physical and mental exercise on children’s inhibition function and no effect, but the refresh function and transformation function all had a positive effect, the results showed that the BAMS movement of body and mind can be a help to improve the function of left-behind children perform interventions, to adopt "BAMS" physical and mental exercise intervention plan promote the development of left-behind children perform functions to provide theoretical and practical basis.
