Background:Executive Function, refers to the complete complex cognitive tasks, for other cognitive process to control and adjust the high-level cognitive processes,its basic function is to generate coordination and orderly, with targeted behavior. Most researchers think that perform functions in the broadest sense of the term is controlled by the curb, and memory refresh and pay attention to the transformation of three dimensions. Because the executive function and closely related to many human advanced psychological functions, And children’s executive function in the sex to cause the attention of the researchers in the field of general, To find effective way to improve children’s executive function has become the current psychological science, neural science education the important frontier scientific research.Objective:to study the effect of different kinds of rope skipping executive function for elementary school students, to choose appropriate sports project improve pupils perform functions provide scientific experimental evidence and practice.Methods:In fourth grade students as the subjects, at a moderate intensity for intervention, the subjects can be divided into the control group, single sports and community sports group, use the Flanker task, More-odd shifting1-the back and the experimental subjects were measured before and after test inhibition of executive function, refresh and convert three child function change. Through the Flanker task, task1-back and More-odd task shifting the comprehensive evaluation of all the subjects using statistical analysis, statistical analysis software package SPSS19.0, Analysis of movement type with the method of multiple repeated measurement variance analysis factor, time factor and its interaction impact on executive function by using the Bonferroni method for multiple comparison, statistical analysis of significance, The result: different types of aerobic exercise project for executive function as a whole (inhibition, transformation, refresh) the improvement of the positive effect, compared with control group, group, group and individual short aerobics has differences on children’s executive function; Group set short-term effect of aerobic exercise on the improvement of the children’s executive function better than that of the individual groups.Results:(1) different organization forms skip to the elementary student overall executive function (inhibition, transformation, refresh) the improvement of the positive effect.(2) different organization forms different rope skipping the effect of the executive function for elementary school. Embodied in:the inhibitory function:community sport group> a degree of human movement group> the control group; Refresh dimensions:group>individual group> the control group; Convert dimensions:group> personal group> the control group.Conclusion:different types of sports sports executive function for elementary school students have improvement, team type sports can better improve the elementary student’s executive function.
