Teacher beliefs iscore elements of the teacher professional structure, which dominates the behavior of teacher in the education and teaching activity and also affects teachers’ cognitive structure and the improvement of professional quality. Therefore, exploring the cultivation path of the teacher beliefsnot only canprovide the reference path and method of forming good beliefs for teacher group, but also help to further perfect the relevant theories of teacher beliefs. The idea of kindergarten teachers’ professional standard(trial) is the basic idea of children, ethics first, ability and lifelong learning, which asserts a claim for preschool teacher’s professional developmentand the forming and perfecting of good teacher beliefs is justthe response to this claim. Therefore, research and exploringofthe teacher beliefs’ cultivation pathis the call of times and also the needs of individual preschool teachers professional development.This article is mainly orientation with qualitative research methods, which uses the case study method and through into thereal world of six jinan pingyin preschool teachers. Firstly, it understands and analysis the teacherbeliefs by the method of interview and observation, which obtains that teacher belief system is in a good state of development. On this basis, it concretely analysis the concrete cultivationpath of good teacher beliefs and reveal thefactors and conditions of influencing and supporting the teacherbeliefs’ cultivation path.This paper mainly includes the following five chapters: the first chapter is introduction, which Mainly includes the selected topic reason, the research significance, related literature review, research design and process(mainly including research questions, research methods, the selection of the research object, the study of ethical issues, the implementation of the research process and research data analysis and finishing six parts). The second chapter is a forming story and path of preschool teacher beliefs. In this chapter, after a general introduction of the basic information of the case and belief cultivation path, according to the analysis of the literature and investigation data, theforming path of preschool teacherbeliefs is roughly divided into six dimensions, namely: autonomous learning, cultivate training; Peer mutual aid; The teaching practice; Garden this research; Self reflection. The third chapter analyses the influence factors of preschool teacher beliefs’ cultivationpath, which discusses Mainly from the preschool, kindergarten teachers’ factors and social factors. The fourth chapter is about exploring the supporting conditions of preschool teacher beliefs’ forming path. This chapter is mainly discuss the support condition of preschool teacher beliefs’ cultivation path.The three support conditions of preschool teacher beliefs’ cultivation path is proposed with standing on factors analysis, combining with case feedback opinion and the author’ thinking. The last is the research conclusion of this paper.
