After the eighties of the 20th century, with increasing understanding of the complexity of education and the study of teachers in western developed countries such as Britain and America has turned from external behavior research to Teachers’ inner thinking and external behavior combined, "Teachers’ belief’ is one of the most popular themes. Teachers’beliefs in the high level of Teachers’professional structure, which controls other aspects of teachers’professional development. As the implicit mechanism and psychological background in teachers’work, on the one hand,effecting of teacher’s education practices and teaching effectiveness,and on the other hand,playing a guiding role of for the growth of teachers and students’all-round development. Most of the existing relevant research literature is studying the teachers’ beliefs about the concept, structure, formation and improvement suggestions from the aspect of theoretical framework, or deducing the teachers’beliefs from the state of teacher’s teaching practice. Therefore, this paper attempts to combine educational narrative research method with the teacher career development, to observe and interview three respondents, On the basis of their story, analysis and explore the factors that influence the formation of teachers’beliefs, the course of development and change and the effect of the teacher’education work,then provide some advice on the shaping path of Teachers’beliefs.
