In the 2012 London Olympics PSS Taekwondo began formal use,which produced great influence on the Taekwondo Athletes in the game tactics,Chinese Taekwondo training is also advancing with the times.Along with the electronic gear is more used in the game,the Taekwondo competition entered a new stage of development,effect of PSS on the tactics of athletes boxing game,explore the development trend between PSS and Taekwondo techniques,is an important issue for China's Taekwondo team is currently facing.From a practical point of view,the data show that from the 2012 London Olympic Games Taekwondo statistics,pushing the use of the ball has been to 30%,more and more athletes are using.Prior to the indepth study of the use of pushing Tin Technology in the game is not too much.In recent years,especially after the extensive application of electronic equipment,analysis of Taekwondo techniques has become a research hotspot now,especially the analysis of push kick technology.The emergence of electronic equipment and promotion of the kicking technique in many talent shows itself in the technology,and kicking technique in Taekwondo is more obvious,the score rate is gradually increased,Shandong province Taekwondo coaches and athletes also gradually push kick technology,because before that did not pay much attention to the push play technology,daily training was an auxiliary technology for some basic training,to the players before the game so that players of the kicking technique to grasp the situation is not satisfactory.In the follow-up training appeared a series of problems,such as: leg instability,lack of support leg strength,the waist clip is not tight,resulting in instability of the center of gravity swing.In the game,the application of the push to the players is not enough,the control of the distance,the change of technology,the conversion of attack and defense are very weak.The appearance of the above situation makes the coach is a big problem to be solved at present,is also the most important work.After consulting with experts and coaches,decided to focus on the cultivation of 4 front-line athletes asthe research object,analysis of the reasons for the emergence of solutions to solve the problem of coaches.In this paper,using the method of literature,mathematical statistics,logical analysis,video observation,expert interviews and other research methods,to push kick technique is analyzed in the game in Shandong Province Women's elite Taekwondo athletes,to fully understand the kicking technique of fighter training methods,grasp and use in the race and the push kick in the whole technology in proportion.The coaches and athletes can recognize and understand the more detailed push kick,must have its purpose,in the use of kicking technique selectively.There must be some technical follow-up coherence,avoid blindness in use,to ensure that the push kick use effect,lay a good foundation for the future games the push kick has become one of the necessary means to score higher,to adapt to the current characteristics of the game.After analysis and research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)the scoring rate of the female athletes in the game is not very high and their defensive ability is too weak.(2)some athletes have weak psychological quality,encounter more than their strong opponents will panic,do not know the rough situation,disrupt their own tactics.(3)when using the push kick technology,the action should standard,the attack position should be clear,and the force should be mastered well.(4)combining the push and kicking technology with other taekwondo technology,can play the advantages of push and kicking,and score in the game.(5)the training method of the push kick technology has the empty training method,the kick target training method and the actual combat training method.
