Elementary school teachers’ mental health is related to the healthy development of children’s physical and mental health and the life of teachers’ happiness. Improving the psychological resilience and general well-being of primary school teachers is an effective way to improve their mental health. The study of Kunming Fumin County primary school teachers mental toughness and the general well-being of correlation and provide a theoretical basis for the promotion of primary school teachers’ mental health development and happiness of life.This study is divided into four parts. 455 elementary school teacher in the five towns in Fumin County, Kunming City, a total of 18 primary school by cluster sampling and to the primary school teachers’ mental toughness and overall happiness feeling questionnaire for measuring tools of formal implementation of the measure, the purpose is to analyze the mental toughness and overall happiness sense of the status quo. Study two is the correlation study of psychological resilience and general well being. Study three the primary school teachers’ psychological resilience and overall well-being of kindergarten, middle school teachers were compared. Study four typical subjects in the study were interviewed, in-depth study of the relationship between the psychological resilience of primary school teachers and the overall well-being of the two.The conclusions of this study are as follows:1.The overall happiness of Fumin County Primary School Teachers in Kunming city in the 1 sense of emotion and there are significant differences of different gender behavior control.2.The overall happiness of Fumin County Primary School Teachers in Kunming city are 2 significant difference existed among different seniority in the dimensions of vigor3.There was significant gender difference between Kunming Fumin County Primary School Teachers’ mental toughness in that instinct, anti pressure dimension4.There was significant gender difference between FuminCounty Primary School Teachers mental toughness in the dimension of religious belief5. There was different degree exist significant differences between Fumin County primary school teachers mental toughness in actively accept change, security relationship dimensions.6. There is a significant correlation between the 6 Kunming city mental toughness and general well-being of Fumin County Primary School Teachers’ sense of.7. There was no significantly different between different school level teachers in the general well-being of each dimension and total scores in Kunming City Fumin County.8.There was no significantly different in different levels of psychological resilience score and each dimension.9.The higher the general well-being. Psychological resilience has a positive predictive effect on overall well-being.
