This study randomly selected 276 primary and secondary school teachers in Anhui Province Xuancheng city and county as the research object, using the primary and secondary school teachers occupational stress scale, the psychological elastic scale, mental health self-assessment scale SCL-90 questionnaire survey. With SPSS 21.0 to study the rural primary and secondary school teachers occupational stress, mental flexibility, the mental health of differences in demographic variables and the correlation between the three. At the same time using AMOS 21.0 constructs the structural equation model of the three relationships, further discusses the three factors between the role of the path. The results are as follows:(1) The occupational stress of primary and secondary school teachers in rural areas is in the middle and lower level. The occupational stress of teachers in rural primary and secondary schools is significantly lower than that of urban teachers. Moreover, the occupational stress of teachers in rural 30-39 was significantly higher than that of other age groups; the occupational stress of middle school teachers was significantly higher than that of primary school teachers; the teachers’ occupational stress was the biggest in the daily work more than 10 hours. In addition, the gender, education, whether as head teacher, teaching subjects, whether to participate in the psychological training of some dimensions of occupational stress on the demographic variables there are significant differences.(2) Compared with the national norm, the level of resilience of teachers in rural primary and secondary schools is in the middle of the state.9----14 years and rural primary and middle school teachers’ resilience is significantly higher than that of other age groups. The teachers that participated in the psychological training were higher than those without the training. The resilience level of physical, chemical and biological teachers than other teachers. In addition, some dimensions of mental flexibility in gender, whether as a class teacher has a significant difference.(3) Rural primary and middle school teachers’mental health is higher than the national norm, that is to say the rural primary and middle school teachers’mental health status is in the middle level than the general population, while the rural teachers are higher than the urban teachers’psychological health level. In addition, teachers in rural primary and secondary schools had better mental health than those who had not served as teachers. In all the teachers who taught mathematics teachers, the mental health status was the worst. The mental health status of the teachers who participated in the training of the teachers was significantly better than the teachers who had not participated in the training. In addition, some dimensions of mental health have significant differences in gender, age, and daily work time.(4) In the rural, primary and secondary school teachers’ occupational stress and mental health status was negatively correlated, and the psychological resilience and mental health were positively correlated.(5) The occupational stress of primary and secondary school teachers in rural areas plays a reverse role in predicting mental health status, and psychological resilience plays a positive role in predicting psychological health.(6) The rural middle and primary school teachers’ psychological resilience plays an intermediary role between occupational stress and mental health, occupational stress can directly affect mental health. And the adjustment effect of each dimension of the psychological elasticity can not be explained in the same way, and the action path is not the same.
