Teacher burnout is a phenomenon that teachers show emotional exhaustion,deindividuation and low sense of achievement in their work.Continuing professional burnout of teachers and the professional development of body and mind are serious adverse effects,from a perspective of mental flexibility,the different title teachers' job burnout phenomenon,help further found that different title teachers' psychological elasticity and the internal connection of job burnout,and to promote different title teacher mental flexibility,ease the job burnout to provide psychological basis and suggestion,In order to help teachers with different titles to achieve better professional development.Based on the analysis of existing literature,this study takes primary,intermediate and senior teachers in Anhui and Jiangsu provinces as the research objects,and adopts a quantitative and qualitative approach to explore the current situation analysis,deep analysis and mitigation strategies of job burnout of teachers with different titles from the perspective of mental resilience.The specific research conclusions are as follows:First,Through the analysis of the questionnaire,it is found that there is a significant negative correlation between job burnout and mental resilience of teachers with different professional titles,and the mental resilience of teachers with different professional titles has a significant negative predictive effect on their job burnout.Second,using the theory of "mental resilience framework",this paper concludes that the internal and external factors of teachers affect the level of mental resilience of teachers,and further affect the level of job burnout of teachers.Third,according to the interview data,using the grounded theory level 3encoding extracted ten internal and external factors influencing teachers' psychological elasticity,internal factors include personal ability,self-efficacy and role positioning,occupational identity,personality traits,external influencing factors including family Fu Dan Liang,interpersonal support,job satisfaction,organizational support and social evaluation of degrees.Through in-depth analysis of the protective or dangerous attributes of these factors on the mental resilience of teachers with different titles,it is found that the primary teachers have the majority of internal strong risk factors and external weak risk factors,so the level of mental resilience of primary teachers is low.Intermediate teachers have more internal and external weak protective factors,so the level of mental resilience of intermediate teachers is higher than that of elementary teachers.Senior teachers have the most internal and external strong protective factors,so the level of mental resilience of senior teachers is the highest.Fourth,using the interview data again,this paper explores the influence of various factors of mental resilience of teachers with different titles on various dimensions of teacher job burnout.It was found that the internal weak protective factors(occupational identity)reduced the level of emotional exhaustion,the internal strong risk factors(personal ability and role orientation)enhanced the level of deindividualization,and the external strong risk factors(career satisfaction and organizational support)significantly increased the level of low sense of achievement.The study found that the intermediate teachers weak external risk factors(family Fu Dan Liang and working intensity)significantly increased the level of emotional exhaustion,strong internal protective factors(professional identity and personal ability)reduced to individuation level,weak external protective factors of career satisfaction,interpersonal support,leadership style and support)weakened the low level of achievement.The study found that the senior teacher strong internal protective factors(professional identity and role)to reduce the level of emotional exhaustion,strong internal protective factors(professional identity and personal ability)reduced to individuation level,strong external protective factors of career satisfaction and social evaluation)greatly reduces the low sense of achievement level.Fifth,Based on the research on the current situation and influencing factors,this study puts forward some suggestions for teachers with different titles to improve their mental resilience and alleviate job burnout.First of all,for junior teachers,this study believes that they should enhance their professional identity and strengthen their sense of responsibility.Enhance personal ability,reduce ability panic;Clear role positioning,enhance the sense of dignity of teaching;Enhance career satisfaction,enhance organizational support these four guidelines.Secondly,for intermediate teachers,this study proposes to improve work efficiency and realize education awakening.Improve personal ability,break through the career plateau;Psychological counseling,enhance the growth of drive;Four suggestions to increase humanistic care and lead professional growth.Finally,aiming at senior teachers,this research proposes that we should do a good job of research summary and enhance the sense of educational value;Provide a platform to display,enhance the sense of achievement of education these two strategies.
