The rapid development of society causes the national living standard improved, the quality of life of adolescents and the education level in constant improve. Physical health level of citizens, especially children and teenagers’ physical health level, has revealed some problems. The steady development of the society, improve the education system in our country. A single, traditional education system will be replaced by a flexible and open education system. With the concept of "sustainable development" is put forward, in order to meet the education needs of human diversity, in the process of education practice, gradually towards the education system integration development. Sports is an essential content of human all-round development, is to improve the physical quality and rich entertainment is an important part of life, is a education means to cultivate all-round development of people. School sports as an important means of children and teenagers’ physical health level, conforms to the trend of the development of the education, step by step toward the flexibility, the direction of life, social development, to explore the school physical education and the coordinated development of family sports and community sports mode, is the only way for the full implementation of quality education in the new period, is also a subject urgently to be solved in this field. This research adopts the questionnaire survey of some primary schools in tianjin elementary student questionnaires, interviewed some students’ parents, the teacher in charge and the school and the school physical education teachers, combined with the literature material law and logical analysis on the data collection and analysis, reveals the research area, the school together families, communities, the form of harmonious development, the necessity and feasibility as well as the realization way, hoping by schools, families, communities, three aspects of coordination and effort, to the improvement of quality of child and adolescent body provides convenient way. The results show that the school sports out of school, combined with families, communities, become a new trend of the reform of school physical education; Family cooperate with and assist the development of school sports activities, through the way of family sports work, the continuation of the school sports space and time; School, family and community to share sports resources; Schools can open the door for the national fitness, sports resources; School sports and family sports and community sports that children have a common education object, give play to the role of the resultant force, promote the function of school sports, family sports and community sports released in full. School sports and the family, community, there are still many shortcomings in the process of coupling.
