This experiment studied the effect of various intensities of regular exercise under the same conditions on NOS in platelets and GP II b/lila on platelets for the first time. 35 healthy young men were divided into 4 groups. The exercise groups were subjected to different intensities of training for 8 weeks separately. Result: 1) moderate intensity of regular exercise significantly decreased diastole pressure and increased pulse pressure ,iight intensity of regular exercise significantly increased vital capacity while there were no significant changes in blood pressure and vital capacity after heavy intensity of regular exercise; 2) NOS activity in platelets and NO level in plasma were significantly elevated after moderate and light intensities of regular exercise while no significant changes was observed after heavy intensity of regular exercise; 3)Although heavy intensity of regular exercise slightly increased GP II b/Ill a molecular express, GP II b/lila affinity and platelet aggregability significantly increased; GP II b/Ill a molecular express significantly increased after moderate and light intensities of regular exercise, but GP II b/lila affinity significantly decreased, PA changed little. The result indicated that moderate or light intensities of regular exercise play an important role on suppressing platelet function and reducing thrombosis.
