There are many social psychology phenomena in the course of the socialization of children in the primary school. Prosocial behavior and conformity to the authority is relatively common. There are many studies about children prosocial behavior and children cognition of authority, however, we don抰 find the study about the combination of prosocial behavior and children cognition of authority, so we try to do. The value of this study lies in two sides: on one hand, we can make out whether different grade children can judge correctly about different authority 憇 correct command and different authority opposing commands. On the other hand, we can grasp regularity and character of how different authority influence the prosocial behavior of children in primary school, which we can use to conduct and educate children appropriately. This study uses first grade, third grade, fifth grade pupils as subjects from Renmin Road Primary School and Liyuan Primary School, in order to make out how does the different authority influence the prosocial behavior of children in primary school. The result of the experiment shows that: 1. As age grow, there are more and more prosocial behaviors and less egoism in every grade children. 2. Most of children in every grade judge the commands from different authority correctly , and they don抰 obey authority without thinking, but they think about the legitimacy of the authority commands. 3. There is different influence of the authority to the prosocial behavior of 2 differrent grade pupils; When different authority commands are opposing, there is different influence to the prosocial behavior of differrent grade pupils. There are significant differences of first grade boys, first grade girls in situation I , situation IV, situation V and first grade girls in situation III before experiment and after experiment; There are significant differences of third grade boys, third grade girls in situation II, third grade girls in situation I ,in situation III and situation V before experiment; and after experiment; There are significant differences of fifth grade boys in situation II, fifth grade girls in situation P1 before experiment and after experiment.
