Those make students form disobeying, style of study to boasting and exaggeration, dual personality, their actions do not square with their words even form morbid state of mind. Class teachers do not only guide the students incorrectly. What is more, things turn out contrary to their wishes. They hold back the students growing. Class teachers must realize those, and take action actively to avoid them. By continuously study, class teachers must strengthen to research. They must work creatively and actively. In this way, they can develop all the students in an all-round way. They can guide and help all students to grow healthily.
