It is very necessary to study the interaction between teachers and students of high school ideological and political lesson, it also about specific education plays an important role in guiding practice activities. Be effective interaction between teachers and students in high school ideological and political lesson, the students attended to the activities of interest, enhanced self-awareness, at the same time, also is helpful for teachers to practice teaching concept, raise all respects capacity, assist in build comfortable classroom environment, from the truly play the role of teachers’guidance, embody the initiative of students, accelerate the growth and development of teachers and students both sides together.The essay is on the basis of professional knowledge and relevant existing literature, adopts the method of linking theory with practice, through the illustration of the related concepts of the interaction between teachers and students and analysis of the characteristics of interaction of high school ideological and political lesson, the interaction respectively based on the current high school ideological and political lesson teaching situation of classroom observation, put forward to the interaction between teachers and students form a single, interactive content lacks depth,interactive imbalance, interactive effectiveness is not strong, and aiming at existing problems from three aspects: teachers, students and school deeply analyze its reasons, thus strengthening the effective interaction of high school ideological and political lesson teaching from several aspects of measures, mainly embodied in:update the concept of teacher education, raise teachers’ intellectual level; stimulate students’ subjectivity, alter the manner of students’ learning; create an interactive teaching environment for teachers and students; reform the evaluation system of school education.
