With the foundation of the socialist market economy system ,the social culture entered into a fast transitional phase. College students feel confused when facing the antinomy among many cultures and values, the conflict between money and fame, the morality education of school is facing an unprecedented challenge. What about to do? The answer is to exploit morality education in hidden course .The traditional morality education mainly adopt "Two Courses" as the main front and mains media of the morality education, emphasize sermonizing and indoctrinating to make students gain knowledge and form morality cognition, which is too enough. In order to realize the goal of the morality education, keep pace with the social reform and even stand in the front of the times,it is necessary to exploit hidden course,which is not to be used to sermonize but to exert a subtle influence on students and make them accept up-to-date social ethics and behavior mode .Hidden course, as a kind of course which appears in a outside, indirect and recessive ways, has its unique, unsubstitute functions in students knowledge, especially untechnicality knowledge, such as feeling, ideology, belief and value attitude, healthy mind and gracious aesthetic appreciation. The relationship between hidden and dominant courses isn't that between the principle and subordinate. The operation of dominant course is always accompanied by the hidden course, they transform from one to another and develop together on the basis of mutual promotion and dependency. The value of hidden course fades from people's memory and even is ignored in traditional morality education, because the hidden-course itself is recessive and difficult to incarnate.Moral education exploitation has profound theoretic and practical base at home or overseas. It has great directive importance for us to exploit hidden course nowadays. The characteristics of the hidden course itself determine that it has functions of knowledge direction .sensibility edifying and behavior criterion. The discussion of the morality education function of the hidden course may offer illumination and help to exploitation of the hidden course. We think that the morality education hidden course of school consist of six parts: class atmosphere of "Two Courses" teaching, exploitation of morality education factors in special course, unconsistent morality education effects between activity course of morality education and dominant goal, campus atmosphere of spirit modality, school management idea of systemform and campus environment of matter form.These corporeal or unbodied factors have a great importance to students. The hidden course almost comes down to all kinds of aspects, comers and behaviors.The object of the hidden course exploitation is to conform and design a good many education factors, to emphasize amalgamation and infiltration with dominant course, to make use of both dominancy and hide education resources, to improve the actual effects. On the bases of the component of the hidden course, the thesis discusses the exploitation policy of morality education hidden course and hold the exploitation characteristics of morality education hidden course; to exercise the exploitation policy of morality education hidden course in practice: to exert the personality potency of the educator; to excavate effect of the hidden course in the dominant course; to develop the extensive and embedded social practice activity; to strengthen the building of the school system and to enforce the construction of the school culture. Exploitation of the morality education hidden course can deepen the reform of the education and make people's education idea modern.
