Individualized Teaching Problem Discussed

The traditional school education paid attention to the realization of the "teaching" process excessively and the unanimous target of teaching. Yet the existence of the students is neglected, the leading role of the students is not respected, the individual character of the students is strangled and the willingness and spirit of bringing new ideas is constrained. Nevertheless this kind of teaching method is still used widely in our school education nowadays. So we need to analyze the present situation of the school education as well as the reason calmly. Based on the teaching theory we should search for the effective way of teaching taking the students' different character into consideration. In this way we can meet the requirements of the students and make the socialization and characterization of the students integrated.This essay is composed of five parts.Part 1 The meaning of "character" and characterized teachingFirst, introduce "character" and the "features of character" briefly. Then, based on the understanding for "character", set forth the basic meaning, features, strategy and principle of the characterized teaching.Part 2 To counter the present situation of school education in China, point out the necessity of implementing characterized teaching. According to the development of domestic and international education, put forward the background of implementing characterized teaching from three aspects.Part 3 Analyze the theoretical basis and foundation of implementing characterized teaching.Part 4 Based on the necessity and possibility of characterizedteaching, put forward some effective ways and methods.Part 5 Analyze four problems which should be paid attention to during the implementation of characterized teaching.
