In flood affairs today, a lot of people spiritual appeared different degree of distortion, the construction of a main body of the lost, emotional indifference, psychological imbalance, reason and sensibility, that the personality of people can’t get good construction and ascension. Throughout the real condition of cognitive and aesthetic education practice of aesthetic education of primary and secondary schools, a way of aesthetic education content knowledge, aesthetic education de-skilled ’tropism, aesthetic pursuit, to create beauty education, etc, is worth us to focus on the healthy development of the aesthetic education, this group because of the aesthetic education is construction and the training content and means of aesthetic personality, aesthetic education can promote the harmonious and complete development of people, achieve the personality of ascension and transcendence.Full text can be divided into three parts mainly:The first part mainly wrote on the core concept definition and three characteristics of aesthetic personality was expounded, explore the intrinsic connection between aesthetic education and aesthetic personality. Aesthetic education, especially the aesthetic activities, the main body of the ideal personality cultivation plays an important role, therefore, we call for the construction of aesthetic personality and culture.The second part mainly wrote to build the theory model of cultivating the personalities of aesthetic, from outside to inside "art" and "learning", "dao" three state; Through aesthetic cognition status of primary and secondary schools and aesthetic education practice investigation, found that there were a aesthetic myth, and even, on aesthetic education in middle and primary schools difficulties attribution analysis, explore aesthetic education development is not enough, even the deep reasons of the neglected.The third part mainly wrote attribution to the plight of aesthetic education of primary and secondary schools to explore the aesthetic personality cultivation theory model, and on this basis, for the trouble appeared, puts forward the basic strategies of cultivating the personalities of the aesthetic, respectively from(1) teachers’ aesthetic consciousness,(2) the students self aesthetic consciousness,(3) to strengthen aesthetic education practice,(4) education, five(5) society three aspects put forward constructive Suggestions, for students to get rid of aesthetic education, advocate poetic and beyond personality building, guides the student to truth, to be good, it is beautiful personality is unified.The construction of personality is a very complicated systematic engineering, we can’t avoid even ignore the problems existing in the development of personality, to overcome by enlightenment and the function of aesthetic education beautification personality construct the obstacles, through the synergy of many sided, make the main body personality into a better state.
