College Dormitory Management Studies

Dormitories are the essential location for college students' study, living and social life, and thus influence their development physically and mentally. With the socialization of college's logistics, management of dormitories ought to have some changes. This paper conducts a preliminary analysis on its significance, principle, administrative mechanism and mode, and it situation at present and in future, and works on measures to improve management of college dormitories. It believes that with the increasing enrolment and in order to improve the quality of higher education, management of dormitories must be improved and reinforced. It is not only essential to dormitory management practice, but also important means and constituent of theological and political education in colleges. In this sense, dormitory management is more than logistics and has become part of the mechanism of teaching and learning. Therefore, dormitory management has its place in the theological education in colleges. This study is hoped to help with the improvement of dormitory management and theological education in colleges.
