Research On S University Dormitory Management Based On Enterprise Management Coneept

The college dormitory is an important place for college students to study and live.It has an important influence on the cultivation of college students 'behavior habits,the cultivation of moral sentiment,and the effect of learning.Therefore,college dormitory management is not only the university logistics services,but also an important position for student education management.Scientific and effective dormitory management is essential to the all-round development of students,and it is also an inevitable requirement for colleges and universities to implement the fundamental tasks of Personal ethics.However,with the development of university logistics socialization and the development of the times,college dormitory management has begun to face many new situations and exposed many new problems.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study how to scientifically manage college dormitory.This paper takes S university as the research object and exposes the problems under the two modes of property company management and school self-management of dormitory.From the point of view of enterprise management,the requirement of students is analyzed on the basis of Maslow's demand level theory.Through quality management theory,the responsibility of the administrator cleaner is clarified and the scope of work is quantified.Using the expectation motivation theory to motivate administrators and cleaning staff to work actively,and put forward relevant countermeasures based on the current problems and students 'needs,we hope to change the management method,improve the efficiency of employees,and improve the quality and level of college dormitory service students.The content of the article is as follows: The first part is the introduction,which focuses on the research background,research ideas,research methods,research focus andinnovation,as well as the research status of college dormitory management at home and abroad.These are the theoretical basis of this paper.The second part defines the theoretical basis and related concepts of college student dormitory management.It mainly clarifies the relevant theories of enterprise management,the function of dormitory,the concept and significance of dormitory management.The third part is the overview and analysis of S college student dormitory management.Through questionnaires and interviews,we can understand the problems existing in the management of student dormitory in S colleges,and then analyze the causes of student dormitory management problems in S colleges.The fourth part puts forward the countermeasures to improve the management level of student dormitory in S colleges based on the above analysis of the causes.The fifth part summarizes the full text and looks forward to the shortcomings.
