Analysis And Suggestions Of The Present Situation Of Dormitory Safety Management In College Students

Student dormitory is the main place for students to study and live in school.The safety of student dormitory is directly related to the vital interests of resident students and the safety and stability of the whole school.Therefore,we must reflect on and improve the existing student dormitory security management.University dormitory management involves the vital interests of the families,with the further development of China's economy,China's higher education ushered in the unprecedented opportunities of development,the development of colleges and universities in our country has got a large,successive years of enrollment expansion,a surge in students,at the same time also brought some unprecedented contradiction and problems,the management of students' dormitory has brought serious challenges.Statistics show that human factors accounted for 20% of accidents in the 1960 s.In the 1990 s,the number of human factors increased to 80% to 90%,among which the most important is the physiological and psychological factors.The traditional idea of dormitory safety management is to regard management as a simple dual structure that the school is the administrator and the students are the administrators.However,in fact,with the in-depth study of safety psychology,a new perspective for safety management has been proposed.In this paper,from the viewpoint of safety psychology,the core of the use of safety psychology point of view,analyses the characteristics of the dormitory environment,fire safety,public security cases,bullying,major outbreaks of management,based on safety psychology,puts forward the strengthen early awareness and choose appropriate time on the basis of Ebbinghaus curve,targeted for safety education;Provide a better security infrastructure;Increase the configuration of security facilities and eliminate human factors.Provide better security guidance;Set up a professional team,strengthen the maintenance of safety facilities,establish positive feedback;To establish a more professional team of dormitory management personnel and provide better security management assistance services,the conclusions of these five aspects have certain guiding significance for practicalpractice.Secondly,we through the literature research method,collecting the other college students dormitory security case,comparison analysis,reveals the problems existing in the current university students' dormitory safety management,students' dormitory safety facilities equipped with imperfect,lack of fire emergency lighting indicator system,and fire safety system still need to continue to improve,let the students to learn safety education course seriously,really see the importance of safety education,and reduce the incidence of accidents,reduce the harm to the students.These studies can also promote the further development of dormitory security management in colleges and universities,so they have important social research significance.
