The world has come into a new information era, with technology development changing quickly .The speed of knowledge accumulation and renovation is accelerating increasingly. The Traditional knowledge education pattern discovers its inelasticity and limitation. The schooling mode should convert into the subjective education pattern, which is in the core of fostering students' thought ability and creativity.Teaching based Problem situation in classroom is a good teaching mode suitable for the situation of our country comparatively. Chemistry problem-teaching based subjectivity cultivation is a kind of Problem contextual teaching pattern supported by subjectivity education concept, with chemistry subject teaching content. During teaching and learning process, the teacher intrigues students' cognitive conflict by setting up problem situation, each student construct actively his knowledge structure by himself. Each student is positive thinker, but not passive receiver. However, we can't realize this perfect ideal until our teachers have good skill to design and ask questions in teaching based problem pattern. So that, How to design good problems which can intrigue students to participate their learning actively becomes the key stage. This essay will illustrate this from 4 aspects:First, interpreting the relevant concepts such as subject, subjectivity and the fundamental natures of subjectivity; analyzing the connotation of Chemistry Problem-Teaching Based Subjectivity Cultivation.Second, making an exploration of problem design theory foundations and tactics .a)The psychological mechanism of information procession in problem solving is the cognitive foundation to teacher, b) The internal impetus in subjective learning is the emotional premise of subjective learning, c) The learning theory of Constructivism It think that learning is a positive constructiveprocess which can change the view of teaching design, d) systematic scientific methodologies as its basic methods. There are many factors about it. In order to make a scientific problem design in chemistry, we should clear the interaction about them.Chemistry problem design should follow principles of scientific nature, problematic, pertinent, creative and so on.How to make a design in chemistry teaching, and how to teach with problem? The short of systematic thought to chemistry problem teaching design limits the improvement of chemistry teachers' design skill. The author make a primary exploration to the study method of problem teaching, in order to make a reference to middle school teacher and in the interest of communication with them.Third, discussing the tactics of putting forward question, feeding back and evaluation to students of the new learning mode. The ways and time of asking question, the tongue of teacher are all the restricted elements .In addition, every teacher should encourage his student to put forward questions autonomously.
