In recent years," The Study-Based Learning "(TSBL) has become a new educational wo-rd, formed the new warm torrents in the reform of the curriculum all over the country, and affectted the policy decision of national curriculum. Although doing discussion in the Inte-grated Curriculum of Practical Activity contributes us to grasp the connotation the value and the function of TSBL.But if we only arrange it as a subject, just like it has being emphasized in elementary and secondary schools. Perhaps, it would form the disjoint between TSBL & the Basic Curriculum(TBC), and prevent the development of TSBL in practice.The vitality of TSBL embodies a learning style. It not only could exist in the Study Curriculum, but also could pierce through TBC. Apply TSBL in TBC, it means that will exceed the traditional basic curriculum, moreover, offer the methods of education for the students to form good study habits and study style. We should stand the whole system of the curriculum, pay close attention to inquiry activity in all visual angles, enforce the integration of TSBL & TBC, and put it into effect, So that lead TSBL thoroughly. Therefore, it's really urgent and necessary to discuss TSBL & TBC and the relationship between them.As the result of the study field is so broad, the author limited the study field in this paper: By way of rethinking the relevant theory document policy document and practical problems. Reveal the relationship between TSBL & TBC; put forward the basic principle about how to apply TSBL in TBC, particularly elaborate the use of it in the Basic Curriculum in physics, and try to put forwards some policy suggestions for the practice of TSBL.In the part of theory research, the author made a theory and policy inquiry about TSBL & TBC and the relationship between them by way of document summarization.Since there wasn't any systematic study of the relationship between TSBL & TBC,this made the study more difficult, but offered great space to put forward the study.In the part of practice research, the paper took use of questionnaire and talking with the principals and teachers, based on the present sistuation, rethought the problems that prevent the development of TSBL. Furthermore, probed the reasons of the problem deeply. Reveals the necessity of the study of TSBL & TBC.Based on the rethought of the theory and practice, the paper expound the relationship between TSBL & TBC. Discussed the basic principle about TSBL in TBC: Clarified that itwould change the nuclear of the school education-the classroom deeply; how to dealwith "design beforehand'and "form"; how to permeate and transform the strategy in learning; how to construct the concept and the way of teaching appraise.In the part of experiment study, the paper exploit the use of TSBL in the Basic Curriculum in physics. Summarized the experiences that the teacher how to direct the students do some TSBL in three instructional links, which were in fornt of the classroom in the classroom behind the classroom. And explored the new instructional models in class-room, and supply the instructional cases. Disscnssed that how to develop the students' ability of critical thinking in TSBL.On the basic of repeated identification and experience study, the paper put forwards some policy suggestions for TSBL's development.Make comprehensive survey of the development about TSBL & TBC. Under the background of the new curriculum. It exists lots of challenge projects and broad prospect Because my limited view and energy, it will wait for us to discuss them thoroughly in the future.
